NeatHome Housekeepers prides itself in providing reliable, honest and high-quality domestic cleaning services to homes in and around South East London. We cater to all the domestic cleaning needs of our clients.

We provide two types of cleaning service namely one-off cleaning jobs and regular cleaning jobs that we do on weekly or fortnightly basis. Our cleaning service includes vacuuming, dusting and polishing.

Cleaning areas in the home include the living room, bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, bathrooms and toilets plus any extras like ironing, cleaning inside fridge or freezer, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning.

We also offer specialised deep cleaning services which covers things like oven cleaning, bathroom descaling, cleaning inside window, mopping hard flooring and so on.

How It Works

Our standard rate is £16 per hour and clients either provide cleaning products or pay an extra charge of £5 for this. Cleaning equipment like hoover, mop and bucket must be provided by client. The procedure for booking a house cleaning job is below.

NeatHome Housekeepers always needs cleaners to join its cleaning team for the simple reason that we assign cleaners that are local to cleaning job locations of clients to minimise travel time while maximising punctuality.

  • promptly accept or decline cleaning jobs assigned to you so that we can meet up with assigning jobs in a timely manner
  • perform all the cleaning tasks on any job to a high standard to maximise the satisfaction of our clients
  • be reliable and honest in any dealings with clients so as to endear trust in our company
  • be flexible enough to consider the occasional one-off extra tasks that a client may require

How much does house cleaning cost?

It depends on the type of cleaning selected and any extras. Our standard rate is £16/hr plus an additional charge for any extra task like ironing.

At what times are you available for cleaning?

We are available for cleaning each day from Monday through to Sunday and can work from 8am to 6pm.

Will I be placed on a salary when I join your cleaning team?

No, you will be paid according to the number of hours that you have worked. All our cleaners are independent contractors.

Will I be able to cancel or re-schedule a booking for a house cleaning job?

Yes, this is possible. It is something that can be done by contacting us although we hope to make this functionality available online.

What if I will not be at home at the time the job is to be done?

This is not necessarily a problem as you can arrange for your keys to collected ahead of time.

Will tax and NI be deducted from my pay?

No, all members of our cleaning team are self employed. This means that you are responsible for paying your tax on income above your personal tax allowance and national insurance contributions.
